Is Whole Grain Benefitial for health?

We are based out of Johar Town Lahore and specialize in Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread. we found out that as per American Heart Association Trusted Source (AHA) the whole grains are a good source of:

B vitamins, including folic acid
iron, magnesium, and selenium
dietary fiber
The AHA recommends consuming at least 25 grams (g) of fiber a day for a person on a 2,000-calorie a day diet. At least half of the grains a person consumes should be whole grains.

Fiber can reduce the risk of:

cardiovascular disease
type 2 diabetes
hypertension, or high blood pressure
colon cancer
Whole grains also provide protein.
